- Develop and maintain the Auror platform, where incidents become intelligence, investigations come together, and high-risk offenders are surfaced to solve retail crime faster. Playing my part towards the mission of 50 in 5. Reducing violet crime by 50% in the next 5 years.
- Engineering robust, scalable integrations and workflows connecting LE agencies across the globe with Auror to accelerate reporting, evidence handlng and investigations.
- Using modern AI tools and practices to accelerate the product delivery pipeline: requirements, feasability/discovery, development and deployment.

Software Engineer
@ Datacom - Datapay
- Develop and maintain Datapay, a cloud-based payroll software serving 1 in 6 employees in New Zealand, and supporting enterprise clients from Australia.
- Built and evolved the Datapay-Workday Global Payroll Cloud Connector, enabling seamless 3rd-party payroll and HR integrations - a key factor in securing major enterprise clients.
- Transition public facing APIs and webhooks from beta to production-ready, leading the design and deliver of a webhooks dashboard that reduced support time and business OpEx.

- Collaborate on responsive designs and lead the development of Segna's website iterations across product pivots using Next.js, TypeScript, Sanity CMS, Figma and Webflow.
- Developing and scaling Segna's platform using React, TypeScript and Material UI. This includes building reusable components and code reviews.
- Building and maintaining a reusable npm UI component library using React, TypeScript, Rollup and Storybook.
- Integrate analytics and error monitoring across products to create insights on improving user experience using Mixpanel, Amplitude and Sentry.

General Engineering Summer Intern @ Scott PHS
- Contributed extensively to the development of a R&D warehouse management automation project using Node.js, Postgres, Express and the Pug HTML templating engine.
- Automated assigned project management tasks involving PDF documents using Python.
- Standardizing and updating documentation for further reuse in the workplace using Microsoft Office Tools.
- Configured and documented the use of Augmented Reality headset technology for real-time communication between the company and client overseas as a COVID safe alternative of site work.

🤖 HASEL Booking Portal
Enhancing the University of Auckland's HASEL lab deep learning workstation booking portal by introducing new administrative features to enhance workstation management.
👷♂️ ConstructQA
Implementation of a question-answering chatbot and search-engine for the NZ Building Code specifications as part of our final-year academic research project, utilizing a deep-learning methodology.
🐶 ScaleMate
Collaborative effort between Computer, Electrical, and Software Engineers on a final-year capstone project to create a real-time animal weight and growth management platform. This system aids in health and well-being by identifying issues and taking appropriate actions using sensors.
